| Winemaker's Comments |
Our 2002 Mankas Cabernet Sauvignon offers a unique perspective of the Mankas Hills. The majority of the grapes making this blend came from the younger vines of our vineyard and were harvested in Late September. The wine was aged for 18 months in a mix of French, European and American oak barrels. "Mankas" displays a big fruit profile and is well balanced in aroma and flavor. It is a great wine to enjoy with daily food.
