| Winemaker's Comments |
| The 2007 Mankas displays a deep ruby red color with well developed fragrance and a very elegant balance of aromas and flavors. Aromas of cherry and plums harmonize with caramel, green olive and vanilla scents. A broad profile of black and red fruit flavors blends well with elegantly smooth yet lively tannins. Black pepper tones lead to an enjoyable gently astringent finish. The distinct texture and finish partner remarkably well with food without overpowering its taste. |
