Wine Club FAQ

How does the club work?

Four times a year we will select three of our wines to send to our wine club members. Depending on the membership level you selected we will send you 1, 2 or 4 bottles of each.

How much does it cost?

There is no cost to joining, you will just be billed for the wine when we send it to you quartely. When you sign up for the club we will send you the current quarter's shipment right away and charge your credit card for this shipment. Each shipment's cost will depend on the membership level that you select and which wines we selected for you. You can refer to the table on the information page to get an idea of the cost of each shipment. The final cost for the quarter will be published on our club page and you will also be notified by e-mail when the wine is shipped.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel anytime, however, if we have already shipped some wine to you we will bill you for this last shipment.

How do I cancel my membership?

Just drop us an e-mail at info@mankashills.com or give us a call at 1-800-692-0723 and press 2.

When will the wines be shipped?

We will ship the wines out around mid-Feb, mid-May, mid-August, and mid-Oct.

What if I'm going to be out of town when the wine is shipped to me?

No problem. Just drop us an e-mail or give us a call and we'll be happy to hold the shipment until you're back in town.

What if my credit card information or shipping address changes?

Just drop us an e-mail and sign-up to the club with your updated information. This way you don't run any security risks by sending us your credit card information via e-mail.

What states can you ship to?

We can only ship to the following states: CA, CO, HI, IA, ID, IL, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH, NM, ND, OR, TX, WA, WI and WY. Although our shopping cart allows you to order with shipping addresses outside of this list we will have to cancel your order as we cannot fulfill it.

How do I get my discount on your other wines?

Once you've signed up for the wine club by purchasing your first shipment, we will automatically setup your account with the appropriate discounts. You will see these discounts applied to your order once you check out in your shopping cart.
